We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher ##### Deborah B. Was very clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. Kitchen/living room was a great open space to entertain family with cooking and chatting.
