You stayed 1 night…. I gave you a full refund because I wanted you out of the home! You came obviously with ulterior motive. You were there for an event and wanted out of this rental…… on arrival you immediately complained that the AC couldn’t be adjusted. Yes it could! You complained things weren’t working in the living room.., yes they worked! Saying the keurig coffee maker didn’t work is ridiculous…. A pod was left in the coffee maker … you just had to take it out, put a new one in , put water in and push button to start! Not that difficult!! Between the coffee maker and a clean dishcloth left in the sink. You complained how terrible this was and deemed the house un-rentable. I have never dealt with a renter like you! Not only was the house professionally cleaned by my housecleaning service but a storm had came in and I had a friend spend 2 days making the yard look nice and pretty for you! The ONLY valid issue was the shower door in master didn’t tightly close with magnet. This was soooo minor and has been fixed. I put 10K this spring upgrading and sprucing up the home! You are completely inaccurate!
