This is a brand new home loaded with amenities. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with large living, dining, and kitchen area. 500 sq foot completely furnished private dock . Once here you will never want to leave. We are located just 110 foot off of the water with gorgeous views from 36 foot of glass in the front room. The house includes kayaks and canoes, fire pit, and fully stocked kitchen. Every bedroom has its own smart tv, and I the living boasts a large 55 inch tv. But with all of the wildlife and things to see, you likely won’t have time to watch anything. We have seen otters, foxes, bob cats, deer, owls, and many of the local native birds. We hope you come to join us soon. Oh!! It is exactly as described. It’s furnished well and has several kayaks and a canoe. Property has a large backyard that is always well kept. My boys will usually have a wiffle ball game or a football game going at any time back there. The dock is in good condition and we always fish - we don’t always catch fish though! There is hydrilla around the dock, but we will still swim from there out to the middle. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Everything needed for our stay was at the home. The driveway is no joke. You need to be careful backing out of the parking spot. The dock was very nice and relaxing, and the yard was huge. Beautiful location and very quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had was the bathroom sinks. They sat so high my wife had to stand on her tiptoes to brush her teeth. I stayed with my husband and two kids ages 9 and 10\. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, kayaking and fishing. A few passing storms caught us and we were able to sit and play some games inside. I reserved the house for my 2 sons and their families who were in Marianna for our 50th wedding anniversary! The house is stunning! The owner has thought of everything you might need while staying there. The house is beautifully furnished! There are games, kayaks, a great dock and ample room to play a game of football! A great deck overlooks the Mill Pond! The entire back of the house has sliding glass doors that provide a wonderful view! There are plenty of areas to simply sit back and relax. I am 45 years old, but for some reason I kept coming back to the feeling I had when I would come home from college for a weekend. My mom would make sure everything was perfect and you could tell she was excited to have me home! That was exactly how this felt! It was decorated so nicely for Thanksgiving. every room was spotless and well appointed, I think it would be impossible to name an item you needed in the kitchen that wasn't available. And of course the property itself is gorgeous. My husband loved it, my 12 & 13 year old loved it and our Sheepadoodle thought it was great too! He even made friends with the cat that I think was part of the property-or we hope so bc we fed him the cat food in the pantry! lol I do want to point out that they are not joking when they say the driveway is steep, so be prepared! My only complaint is this is not our permanent residence. :) ##### Connie B. As three couples who like to bring our own kayaks to paddle in the lakes, swamps, creeks and rivers of panhandle Florida, this home was perfect. In addition to being on the Mill Pond, it is situated in the center of the area in which we planned day trips, and its floor plan provided adequate privacy (the Jack and Jill bathroom is the best-designed one I've ever seen) and both indoor and outdoor gathering space for our group. The kitchen was high-end, well organized, and made preparing meals in the evening a pleasure instead of a chore. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals, and store our leftovers. The oversized refrigerator was great for our purposes, and the stand-alone ice maker was nice to have, too. Our host checked in from time to time, and quickly answered any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't praise Millstone enough, although I'm afraid if I do it will be booked when I'm ready to come back! ##### Laura C. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is a beautiful house with incredible views of the pond. It was incredibly clean and very inviting. It would be a perfect family vacation. There is a really nice dock with furniture on the water, a canoe and kayaks. The kitchen is gorgeous, and everything you need is supplied. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to all of my questions. Very helpful. I will definately book this house if I have the opportunity to return to the area. ##### Nancy P. We were very pleased with our stay at Millstone at Mill Pond. The house was clean and located in a private setting. Kerri, our host, was very accommodating to our needs and concerns. We went during the fall, so we were not able to fully utilize all the outdoor activities and amenities that the house had to offer, such as the fire pit and all the kayaks/canoes. We are spring hunters and we’re on vacation to see the springs in the area. It was so exciting to walk out the back door, get in kayaks (provided) and paddle up to Jackson Blue and explore the banks to find many other beautiful springs! The paddle is an easy one both ways. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, Kerri is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She even helped me sharpen my parking skills!
