The property features an outdoor chlorine pool measuring 7.5 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, with a uniform depth of 1.70 meters—perfect for cooling off on hot days. Next to the pool, guests will find loungers to relax under the Mallorcan sun. The terrace also includes a barbecue area under a shaded porch with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with your companions. The property is divided into two independent houses. The first house, spread over two floors, offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, open to the dining area—creating an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying meals. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and all the necessary utensils for cooking. On the ground floor, there is also a second bright sitting room, perfect for reading, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning and outdoor access—one features a balcony, and the other has a terrace with two loungers. A second full bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this floor. The second house has its living area on the first floor (the ground floor is not accessible). Here, you will find a spacious and bright kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, open to the living-dining area where you can enjoy meals with your companions. This area opens onto an outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the open air.
