The comfortable, single sofa bed makes it very suitable for 3 people. Combined with the identical flat next door, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Very interestingly, the Hochkönig card is included which offers many benefits in summer such as free use of the mountain railways Hinterhal is in the middle of the medium-sized ski area, Hochkönig. From 1000 metres above sea level, you step straight into the lift from the village. Good central location so with all restaurants in Hinterthal within walking distance. The village has a children's playground with an artificial turf football pitch. Because of its location, high in the mountains, you are within a few minutes in beautiful nature with many hiking and climbing trails. The Hochkönig ski area is part of the immense ski region Ski Amadé with 120 kilometres of slopes! Ski like a king on the white and beautifully groomed slopes here. You will find numerous mountain huts serving delicious regional and international cuisine! In summer, this area is a true hiking paradise. Some 340 kilometres of hiking trails lie at your feet. Take a refreshing dip in one of the crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the Austrian sunshine Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Das Haus ist zwar hübsch und gemütlich, aber wir konnten uns nicht mit den Eigentümern verständigen. Es kann eine Sprachbarriere gewesen sein, aber die Liste sagt, dass sie Englisch sprechen. Ich schickte ihnen eine Nachricht auf What's App sowie 2 separate E-Mails, und wir haben nie eine einzige Antwort von ihnen auch die Bestätigung unserer Nachrichten. Wir waren dort für eine Hochzeit und waren sehr beschäftigt, so dass wir keine Zeit hatten, die Besitzer persönlich zu besuchen (wir glauben, sie waren oben), da wir sehr früh abreisten und jeden Tag spät zurückkehrten. Außerdem erhielten wir bei unserer Ankunft nur 1,25 Rollen Toilettenpapier für unseren 6-tägigen Aufenthalt. Als wir merkten, dass wir zu wenig hatten, war es Sonntagabend und in Österreich ist nichts geöffnet. Zum Glück machten wir einen späten Nachtlauf zum Haus eines Freundes, da wir komplett leer waren! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, kümmert sich sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Die Wohnung hatte ein Schlafzimmer, eine offene Küche inkl Schlafcouch. Wasserkocher und Toaster habe ich vermisst aber das ist kein minus Punkt. Schönes Badezimmer alles klein aber fein. Sehr sauber und modern. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb von Maria Alm Stadtkern aber das ist mit dem Auto 5-8 min machbar gewesen. Wir sind auch von der Wohnung aus gewandert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Einkaufen und essen könnt ihr in Maria Alm. Dort befindet sich auch Lilly‘ s Restaurant, was unserem Vermieter Lisa gehört. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmsten empfehlen.
