The property was completed 3 months ago and is tastefully decorated. There is an open plan living area with full kitchen including washer/dryer/fridge/oven & hob. There is a Dinning area with table and chairs. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and armchair. If you’re staying in to watch a movie, there is a 75 inch TV complete with Surround System, Sky & Netflix. There are shutters throughout the property. There are 2 sets of French doors leading out to a paved patio with table & chairs. The property is located is a quiet cul de sac with parking always available immediately outside the property. Margate railway station is located just under a mile away and there are bus stop is well located a few hundred yards away. The property is 7 minutes walk to the local beach at Westbrook or if you prefer things a little busier, a 15-20 walk to Margate where you can find the Turner Centre & Dreamland theme park which also hold events/gigs throughout the year. The property is conveniently located with a bus stop within a 2 minute walk and 2 train stations about a mile away.
