I have nothing to say on the negative side. We travel a bit and most of the little inconveniences found in most hotels are not lacking here. Entry instructions easy to understand. Hooks and racks in the bathroom, A generous closet. Clean! Nightstands on both sides and plugs too! Owners responded right away to our one question. I felt safe and comfortable. Great location near everything for shopping and eating. 3 things that could improve: 1) darker curtains. The sunshine is beautiful, but not at 7am when you're trying to sleep in. 2) bigger heater. The current unit is amazing with it's blue flame. But it's ONE flame and didn't really curb the chill in the room. And 3) bigger trash can. The tiny trash can in the bathroom is nice, but it's already full when you toss a couple coffee cups and poopie paper. Maybe just a second, slightly bigger trash can in the room would suffice.
