Les repas du matin et du soir, pris sur la terrasse à l'abri des regards, étaient particulièrement paisibles. Lorsque la température extérieure est élevée, il fait chaud dans l'appartement au fil du temps. Les ventilateurs aident un peu.Pour nous, cyclistes, il était très confortable de pouvoir enfermer les vélos dans la remise située en face.Marennes est un bon point de départ pour explorer les environs (surtout l'île d'Oléron) à vélo. Brouage vaut la peine d'être visité, ainsi que l'île d'Oléron (à faire à vélo), très belle blalade à vélo également jusqu'à la baie de l'Aiguillon en passant par l'écluse de Brault (les pistes cyclabes sont sécurisantes). Pour vos repas, nous vous conseillons la K'bane du Chapus au port de Bourcefranc et le resto. "Au bout du port" à Marenne. Mais pênsez à réserver! ##### Hervé C. Nous sommes arrivés très tard le premier jour et ils nous ont attendu avec des boissons fraîches et des petits biscuits de la région. Au programme, soleil, plage, beaucoup de promenade en vélo. La clinique du vélo (location de vélos) se trouve à 800m de la location ainsi que les supermarchés et le centre ville. Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Les photos ressemblent 100% à la location. La terrasse sans vis-à-vis est très agréable et ensoleillée. Conclusion: 20/20 et en plus les huîtres de Philippe sont excellentes! ##### Fabienne C. La maison est située à 10 minutes du centre de Marennes à pied, et 5/10 minutes de la mer en voiture, c'est très central. La maison est très bien organisée et très bien équipée avec sa cuisine ouverte, son espace commun, et la terrasse très appréciable poru manger dehors. Je recommande cette maison! ##### Alice T. Jul 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Emplacement calme et intéressant Agréable, très calme, emplacement géographique à distances idéales pour accéder à l'Ile d'Olérons, l'Ile de Ré, l'Ile Madame, Ronce les Bains, la Tremblade, Fort Boyard, à une heure de La Rochelle et plus proche de Rochefort, à partir de là tout est accessible le plus agréablement du monde ;-) Louer cette maison c'est le choix malin pour qui veut aller à n'importe quel endroit intéressant de ce côté de la Charente-Maritime. La maison est très agréable et au vraiment au calme, proche des centres commerciaux, et proche du chenal de Marennes à peine 2 kms (sympa pour aller courir en passant dans les jardins privés du Marais). ##### Jerome A. Le gîte est très bien agencé, moderne, très propre et qui ne manque de rien. Tout y a été prévu. La terrasse est très agréable sans vis à vis et le quartier est très calme, aucun bruit. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants et nous serons ravis de retourner dans cette location si nous retournons dans la région. 2 belles semaines passées avec le soleil, que demander de plus ! ##### PHILIPPE D.
