We had a group of nine, four adults and five little boys, and this home was a perfect place to stay! Plenty of space for everyone. Joe and JoAnn are awesome hosts and never seemed bothered by our noisy, rambunctious group of boys :) Great ORV trails (Joe was kind enough to let us use a hose to clean our UTVs off after being on the muddy trails!) and so many beautiful waterfalls nearby!
