It is the ring doorbell at the front door. It faces out toward the road and is on 24/7\. The rear camera on the pool patio is OFF during your stay for privacy reasons. We have it as dock security when the house is empty. Insects: While Florida’s warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests. NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.” Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found. NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use. If there is any issue with the bikes please reach out so we can get it fixed. It was an absolute paradise. We took a boat out for the day right from the dock, which was amazing. We will definitely be back, specifically to spend more time at this house! What a trip!! It is a darling updated property with everything you need. The pool and spa were a BIG hit. The dock was perfect for our grandsons and Pop to cast a line. We stayed a week at this beautiful home on a wide canal. Everything in the home is top notch and the owner is extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living area especially the pool and spa. Daily fishing from the dock (although the fishes were scarce). We enjoyed the pool and our grandson and daughter caught a few fish from the boat dock on the property. Everything needed for the beach was provided. Our son used one of the bicycles to ride to a workout gym on the island.You will need to drive to the beach. The public parking near the beach filled up early on the weekend, but spaces were available during the week days.We enjoyed our time on a very beautiful island. The host was very responsive and we could not have been happier with the cleanliness. We enjoyed utilizing the bikes each morning to visit the beach (only about a 15 minute bike ride) and the location was great. The only thing I would note is that the pool level was low for the majority of our stay so we had to clean the pool more often since the level by the end of our trip was below the surface skimmer. The house had everything you could think of for both indoors and outdoors. The house was beautifully decorated and the outdoor living space was pure luxury. Kristen answered any question within minutes and gave a ton of awesome recommendations for the area. The house had more than enough room for our family of four and our 8 and 5 year old had an absolute blast. The pool and hot tub have lights for night swimming which was extra fun.
