First of all, when we walked in the smell of where there had been major water damage hit us in the face. It was horrible. We had to go & get candles to get the smell out. If you have breathing problems, you will not be able to breathe in there. There is a big leak under the kitchen sink, which evidently was known about bc there was something to catch it with, bathtub would not drain well so when you took a shower you stood in almost ankle deep water, the blinds that looked out over the pool did not want to open. The unit has a nice washer/dryer in the unit & it’s decorated really nice. The owners have done a lot to make you feel welcome, everything you need is there.
