It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Actually, it sleeps ten if you count the dog and cat. That’s right, this is one of the few rentals that welcomes your furry friends. It’s a waterfront house, yes, but it’s not just on the water. It’s surrounded by water. When you’re out on the spacious lanai, you feel like you’re on your own private island. The heated pool is so big it looks like it belongs in a deluxe resort. A family-sized table on the shaded part of the lanai, beneath a ceiling fan, is the ideal setting for a poolside barbeque. A pass through window from the kitchen makes it simple to pass ice cold drinks and ingredients out to the barbeque chef manning the gas grill. Nothing could possibly enhance the lanai experience. Actually, something could. Something called a sunset. The house faces west, so every night you’ve got a front row seat to palm tree silhouettes in front of a sky painted orange. The kitchen comes equipped with a blender so you can pass drinks out to the lanai without missing a single moment of the sunset. Down below the grass embankment, you’ll find your private dock, which gives you access to the Gulf of Mexico and its world-class fishing. The light-hued interior is filled with furniture as stylish as it is comfortable. Vaulted ceilings and natural light through the ample windows brighten the rooms and create a feeling of coastal living at its best. The kitchen features a recessed ceiling and comes equipped with all the modern appliances, cookware and supplies you need to serve family meals on the table overlooking the tree-lined water beyond the lanai. The seaside décor extends into the bedrooms, with rattan furnishings and sliding door access to the lanai. It was very clean, bright and has an open floor plan, good amenities in the kitchen, nice towels (beach and bath) and comfy furniture. The lanai and pool area were fantastic and we spent most of our time out there. We enjoyed watching the birds and fish jumping and the resident pair of iguanas take their daily walk in the empty space between the house next door. The icing on the cake would have been a dolphin sighting but we had no luck with that. Would highly recommend and can't wait return to the "Aqua House" (we named it this not only because of the color, but because it's surrounded by water). Simply beautiful sunsets as well! ##### Amy C. We had ants and spiders all over the house. We cleaned the house ourselves & sprayed for bugs. Left msg with the property company. They sent out an exterminator. Was a disappointed the property company gave us a refund bon cleaning. We did not have problems vin the past with their properties. I think a new cleaning company is in order. This property was perfect for a family to have privacy and enjoy together time swimming in a wonderfully heated pool and eat outside under the cool shade and large outdoor table.
