San Marco Residences has the setup, but most importantly, the location you need for your next vacation! Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

Big Condo with a nice view

The condo was large and you can see the water from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided which was nice since we flew.

We arrived at 9pm and the office was closed. The instructions we received were not clear about how to get thru the locked gates and into our room. There should be boxes of facial tissues in the bathrooms. There wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to buy additional. Otherwise the stay and the property were fine.

Relaxing vacation

The place was clean and we enjoyed the great location with easy access to the beach. I didn’t notice traffic noise when in the condo either. The cleaners were over eager on checkout day though. They were sitting in our doorway for at least 30 minutes before our checkout time waiting for us to leave. It seemed pretty rude.

Great value for beach views and perfect sunsets!

My family and I had such a relaxing stay at the condo. It was extremely clean, had plenty of beach towels, chairs and the kitchen essentials. The beach entrance is directly across the street from the building and we had the most beautiful sunset view every evening. The pool was clean and never felt crowded. 10/10 would stay again!

Awesome Sunset View!

Marco Island is famous for the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, and this penthouse unit provides an awesome view. San Marco Residences is in a great location for those who want to spend time at the beach, with a short walk via the beach access across the street. This unit is nicely furnished, and we found it to be very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying here on our next visit to Marco Island!

Great getaway!

This property is exactly as advertised. the condo is beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view from the deck is great! We loved it! Our only complaint would be that there were only 3 beach chairs instead of 4. The location is perfect for walking in either direction and of course the beach access is right there making it so easy to get to and from the beach. We truly loved this place and would go back again for sure. Check in and out was easy. We did not need any assistance while we were there but the people who checked us in were very nice and welcoming. The process was very easy.

Location was fantastic, unit was nice, check in was easy. ONLY complaint is that all but 1 days use of towels were required to be washed and dried upon checkout but we had no washer and dryer in unit and only one on our floor. All in all, great place!

Condo had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. It was large, clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice to enjoy my morning coffee with a view. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

This apartment was very clean and tidy. Great location. Only two drawbacks, there was no washing machine and no dishwasher. Dishwasher wasn’t a problem, but we really needed a washing machine and dryer to cleans a dry the towels etc from being at the beach.
