Tucked into the heart of Marco Island in the charming Seabreeze South community, this bright and breezy second-floor, 500-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers the perfect getaway for a couple or solo traveler seeking both relaxation and adventure. With inviting interior spaces, garden views, and beach access just a short walk away, this home brings together comfort and convenience in one of Florida’s most sought-after coastal destinations. It sleeps two, with one queen bed and one bathroom.  
  
Step into the spacious living area, where two cozy couches invite you to kick back in front of the television after a day in the sun. Just off the living space, a wooden dining table offers a scenic overlook of Marco Island—perfect for morning coffee or a casual dinner.  
  
The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the cookware you’ll need to prepare meals, whether you’re dining in for the evening or prepping a quick bite between beach outings.  
  
The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, a television, and a window that looks out onto the lush gardens of the Seabreeze South community. The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a clean, beachy aesthetic.  
  
To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, the condo comes equipped with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels, and all the beach essentials—including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella.  
  
One of the best parts of staying here? The beach is just a short, pleasant stroll away. While visitors drive from all over to visit Marco Island’s world-famous shoreline, you’ll simply put on your flip-flops and walk to the public access point at South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue. Once there, explore tide pools filled with colorful shells, snorkel in warm, clear water, take a catamaran cruise, or rent jet skis for a little thrill. Every day offers something new on this breathtaking stretch of coast.
