It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The interior was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much style or comfort. The rooms are tastefully decorated with seashells, lush ferns, and colorful fabrics to create an easygoing coastal feel. Sliding glass doors beneath arched windows brighten the space with natural light. The deluxe modern kitchen features pendant lighting and barstools along the granite countertop. It comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to a tray of cocktails to serve guests on the lanai. The palatial master suite contains a shoji screen and television, and it opens up to the lanai, cooling you with fragrant breezes and sending you to sleep to the sound of wind-rustled palm trees. The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub beside a shuttered arched window with a garden view. The other bedrooms are every bit as inviting, with stylish décor and plenty of closet and drawer space. The lanai overlooks a tranquil waterway lined with palm trees, and it faces south for a full day of sun as you swim in the heated pool. You’ve also got a gas grill, so the family barbeque chef will work overtime filling orders for all the poolside lunches you enjoy on the shaded table. A few minor things that needed attention and once the management team at Marco Island Vacation Properties were aware they rectified immediately. Very impressed with this team, especially Andrew Vale. We loved this property. It was perfect for us and the photos are accurate. The owners are are very generous with the amenities especially the laundry, cleaning products and the well stocked kitchen. The place looks nice online, but when you get there, everything is a little run-down. That is not the case here. The place is beautiful with high-quality furniture and construction so you really feel comfortable and at home. The garage is excellent, the lanai and seamless connection between inside and outside is fantastic. The pool is lovely. The garage has a lot of extras to help with a beach trip - cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. The bikes are a little rickety, but work for maybe 3 to ride around or to the beach and back at a comfortable, chill pace. The home is lovely, filled with light, with a nice view looking out over the pool and canal, and with a view of the sunset. We stayed during Covid and were very happy to have a well equipped kitchen and a grill available to enjoy cooking together. We enjoyed having the use of 4+ bicycles for adventures to the beach. We also walked to the beach more than once. The house is in a great location - quiet and easy to get around. 1/2 block from Mackey park for a nice stroll and access to basketball court. The home's saltwater pool was warm enough for daily swims. The beds are comfortable. This house has everything we needed and we have zero complaints. If you're looking to walk to the beach, it's a bit too far to tote beach chairs, etc. The bikes that are available make it doable. However, if you're bringing tons of stuff, I recommend that you drive. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were all handled promptly. The home is very beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Very comfortable and homey feeling. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, two flatware drawers, tons of dishes. Surprisingly, there isn't a pantry, but we did find two spacious drawers to put our food in. The refrigerator was dirty upon check-in. Fingerprints all over the outside and grimy on the inside. But, I gave it a wipe down, so no worries. The pool was unswimmable until the very last day. It was totally green upon arrival. The pool guys came out and worked on the pool for 3 days in a row. They told us the family before us had many kids who swam in the pool constantly and the chemicals became unbalanced. So, it was a bummer for the kids to not get to swim until the last day. The house is beautifully decorated. Check-in was very easy. The location of the house is very convenient to Publix and several restaurants. The house came with bikes which was nice. We'd stay here again if the pool situation improves. Kids really need a pool on vacation. :) ##### Gregory C.
