This 1,100 square foot, 9th floor beachfront condo sleeps six comfortably, with one king bed, one queen, one twin and two bathrooms. See the photo of the tables and chairs on the balcony? That’s where you’ll sit with your morning coffee, looking out at a coastline of silken white sand and turquoise ocean. You’ll walk along that sand picking up colorful shells while the kids go skimboarding on the shore. See the photo where the water is a lighter shade of blue? That’s where you’ll go snorkeling alongside sea life. In the next photo, you can see lagoons surrounded by mangroves. You’ll spot Tarpon rolling in the water and osprey flying overhead as you walk along the strip of warm sand that takes you to Sand Dollar Island. See how the sky is such a bright blue? Pretty soon the setting sun will turn it fiery orange, so take a look at the photo of the kitchen, with its recessed ceiling and granite countertops. It’s filled with modern appliances, including the blender you’ll use to mix a tray of tropical drinks to bring out to the balcony for your front row seats to the sunset. The condo and building were very well maintained but be ready for all the keys that are needed to get into the building, across the bridge to the beach, gate to walk out of the complex? It would be nice if at least they updated the building to a keyless entry? If you are looking for a very quiet, mature and orderly vacation you will like this area of Marco. Too many rules for us but still a very nice property in general. We just wanted to chill, occasionally smoke a cigar but for that you have to sit in a designated area which took all the fun out of it. The beach is beautiful from the balcony but it is quiet a walk just to get to the water and so many broken shells you have to wear shoes. Again, this was a very nice property but be ready and know what you want in a vacation. We wanted to chill but just no chilling here. Come on, who has a pool attendent? Reviewer Comments: Our family had a lovely stay at south seas building 3, unit 905\. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was plenty of beach gear. Our overall feedback is simply that the unit’s furniture, electronics (TVs) beach equipment needs some updating. The furniture has some scratches, wobbly lamps, outdated decor, and the beach/unit chairs are showing their age. The TVs in the unit are quite old and could use some more current technology options. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside with the TV but when we hoped to catch a movie on Netflix or have other options after a long day at the beach, the outdated technology limited that. Otherwise it truly is a lovely location, the pickleball courts are fantastic and the pool is clean and warm. We went a couple weeks after Helene and Milton and the area was great. One thing I would change, would be codes instead of so many keys to open so many doors/gates. The only recommendation that i can offer is that the cleaning staff should consider using environmentally cleaning products that dont have any fragrance. All the beach supplies we needed were included. The condo needs some updating of furniture and decor. We had to go buy our own TP What is supplied was awful. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful along with the beach where we found lots of shells, sand dollars and wildlife. Took a shelling tour to Kice Island found almost of shells there too ##### patty N.
