Imagine relaxing by the pool at this spacious, stylish waterfront home with your friends or extended family. Our five bedroom home boasts 4250 sq ft plus an expansive screened lanai with private spa and 40 foot long, sparkling blue, heated, saltwater pool. Notice the pool enclosure's new 25ft wide "picture window" screen panels; fewer support poles blocking your view. The dock wraps nearly all the way around 165 ft of unobstructed waterfront, so there is ample space to moor a boat or two. The large dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or just hanging out by the water. Kingston is tastefully decorated in a casual, comfortable style. The fully equipped modern kitchen is at the center of the open plan design. Off the kitchen is a comfortable sitting area, round kitchen table and spacious living room with walls of windows that open for impressive wide water views. Fourteen-foot high ceilings with intricate detailing add to the overall elegance of this special home. The living room was transformed after hurricane Irma with the addition of a 75 inch TV and 72 inch linear fireplace on the new accent wall. Large ceramic tile runs throughout the main floor, A formal dining room and updated office flank the beautiful etched glass entry doors. French doors lead to the exquisite first floor master suite. The master bath includes two vanities, a spa tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, a linen closet, and a separate water closet. The master bedroom with king size bed, separate his and hers walk-in closets, media cabinet with 42” TV, and casual seating area has great water views and access to the lanai. The other first floor bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and nice water view. A separate pool bath eliminates the worry of tracking wet suits through the house. It’s perfect as a changing room and is across the hall from the large laundry room. Now travel upstairs where you will find two additional bedrooms, kitchenette, outdoor screened balcony, family media room and the second floor master suite. All carpet has been replaced by hardwood floors for a low allergen environment. The first guest room features a king bed, nice view, and access to the balcony. It shares a full bath with the twin bedroom across the hall. Through the kitchenette/hallway, you will come to the family room that has a 52 inch TV, sectional seating and access to the balcony. Beyond the family room is the second floor master suite with king bed, shower, walk-in closet and glass door to the shared balcony. We enjoyed 10 days at this super home. The gathering area is fantastic, all open and comfortable. There are several areas to find community with family. The connection of these areas with the screened in pool area and the view of the water is really special. You will want to rise early because the sunrises are spectacular. We had a tritoon, golf cart, and 2 paddle boards delivered to the house for the week. My wife, our 6 adult kids, along with 2 spouses, and 2 grandchildren had a great time cruising the waters and hanging at several different beaches. The house is well-appointed and was perfectly sized right for all of us. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The boat dock is awesome. The only somewhat disappointment is that compared to Anna Maria Island, golf carts are not so comfortable/safe due to more busy car traffic .... they did not seem very welcome. The area is a bit less "laid back" for a golf cart. Other than this, my family had an excellent time and recommend the property! ##### Michael D. The portable crib and high chair was much appreciated. The home is close to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler provided) and many great restaurants. Publix was 3 min away.
