Lanai has dining table and chairs for 6 along with recliners, and wicker couch, tables, and chairs galore. All to view the large TV. You won’t find a better home and view. Perfect for family trips or vacationing with friends. Waterfront- yes. Your own private dolphin viewing from lanai and dock. Fishing allowed off dock. Great pool to lounge around overlooking the huge Clam Bay waterfront oasis!!! Very private and peaceful as well as close to the beach Hotels. Walk to N Colliers in 1 minute. You will fall in love with this home from the moment you walk in the front door and enjoy the water views as well as the high ceilings, spacious and open living area. The home is well appointed for our guests comfort. The decor is coastal to set the mood for your tropical island vacation. The split bedroom floor plan sets up the master bedroom with ensuite bath for your private retreat. The master bedroom is large and airy with both side windows and large sliders to the pool lanai. There are two large walk-in closets. The master bath is spacious with a oversized tub as well as a generous tiled walk-in shower. There are two sinks and plenty of drawers. On the opposite side of the home you will find the queen bedroom with comfortable bedding, a chair, dresser, bedside table, smart TV, and good sized closet. The hall bath with tub/shower combo separates the queen room from the third bedroom. The third bedroom has twin beds with windows that view both the bay and the pool lanai. The bedding is again set for comfort along with a chair, dresser, nightstand, and a good sized closet. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all the cooking, baking, and serving items you will need. Coffee via Keurig or programmable coffee maker. Large LG stainless steel refrigerator. Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy seating for six at the dining table overlooking the pool and bay. The living room has plentiful sitting overlooking the pool and 70 inch Samsung smart TV. There is a desk set up with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. If you have to work remotely it is all ready for you to hook up your hard drive or laptop. High speed internet through Xfinity makes work or streaming easy. Direct TV is included. You can watch 105 channels including sports, movies, and major networks. The lanai is well set with a Weber BBQ grill and multiple seating areas. The lanai furnishings just insist you set and enjoy at either the six top dining table, pool lounge chairs, or the deeply cushioned wicker furnishings. All so comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the view. The pool is heated and crystal clear for year round swimming. The front yard has received a facelift with a variety of new palm trees including two royal palms and beds remulched. Debbie and Gregg were amazing hosts that were super communicative and helpful from the time of booking all the way through the stay. The house was the perfect layout for my family of 4 (and could easily have accommodated another 2 adults comfortably). The first impression was just how well-appointed the house was - with no detail left unturned. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with all the amenities you could ever need. The hosts' generous offerings included things like kids sand toys, floaties, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys and games, and beach towels. The newly renovated pool deck / lanai was our favorite spot during the trip, and with access to the pool's new app-controlled temperature settings, ensuing a perfect experience was as easy as a click of the button. The beds were super comfortable - including the master bedroom's split king that was adjustable and featured massage settings (uh-oh, now my wife wants one for our home!) The house was big enough to feel like we weren't on top of each other and offered everyone privacy and space. We loved the views out over the bay and even saw dolphins swimming from the comfort of the pool. The large screen TVs, including one out on the lanai, made for some great March Madness viewing without having to leave the pool. The internet was blazing fast too. ##### Mike D. The owners were fabulous to deal with and very responsive to the few questions we had. The location was perfect and we were able to sit on the lanai and enjoy the island fireworks. The house was very well appointed. The bedding was perfect for a great night's sleep. They had soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion available in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was very well stocked and best of all they actually had salt/pepper, a few trash bags, roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent so you could wash towels, etc. Anyone who has rented a home before knows what a luxury these items are as most homes do not supply these items and you are forced to go to the grocery store and purchase more than you need for a week stay.
