Marco Island is a great place to spend your family vacation on the Gulf of Mexico. The waters are warm, the beach is pristine, and the Condo is ready for our guests to enjoy. Our rates are better than any hotel within 20 miles. Feel right at home in your very private tropical paradise. No need to feel as if you are occupying a rental unit, because our unit is furnished with style and reflects a "Beachy" flair.  
 In our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, you will experience clean, top-of-the-line furniture and dcor! This condo is located in the beautiful, meticulously landscaped South Seas Club, a 55-acre gated community. From our 38-foot balcony, you will enjoy sunsets, limited views of the Gulf of Mexico, and Tigertail Nature Park's tropical foliage. This view is very private; there are no other condo towers to look at, and no one is looking at you!  
 The condo has two fully furnished bedrooms with a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious private bath, including a hairdryer. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bath is located directly across from the guest bedroom. The living room has a new leather sofa, loveseat, and a 55' flat screen TV & smart DVD player. The kitchen has light-colored modern cabinetry, granite countertops, and a tray ceiling with multiple lighting options. Featuring new appliances, flatware, dishes, and cookware. It is well equipped, whether the cook entertains a large group or prepares a quick meal. You'll even enjoy the hot dog cooker & bun warmer stored in the cabinet. There are beach toys, a beach cart to carry the provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels to the wide white sand beach. We even have an electric air pump to blow up the air mattresses and floats! A laundry room down the hall uses the latest technology; all you need to do is download an app, and you are all set. There's no need to bring anything but your swimsuit.  
 Come to Marco Island, the perfect paradise for family gatherings, romantic getaways, or a guy's/girl's trip away in the sun. Spend a week or a month in our luxurious condominium complex directly on the beach. Wireless high-speed Internet is also provided in the unit! Whether you are entertaining guests or relatives in the spacious, fully-equipped beachfront condo or relaxing on a romantic getaway, South Seas is a vacationer's dream with a quiet tropical Island feeling and 24 24-hour gated community, offering privacy at its best.  South Seas complex is on the legendary 3 1/2-mile white-sand Crescent beach, near Tigertail Beach and Nature Park. Seashell hunting is easy and plentiful. More than 200 species of birds, including the American Bald Eagle, live on Marco. The island also provides a habitat for loggerhead turtles, dolphins, burrowing owls, and manatees. Marco Island is the place to go if you want to relax and get away from the crowds.
