Located in gated South Seas, it is just a short walk to the beach. This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with pickleball courts, tennis courts, a large heated pool, and boat docks. Please note NO SMOKING is allowed ANYWHERE in condo or on condo grounds and common areas.
