### Seaside Waterfront Home | Heated Pool & Dock

This beautifully appointed, 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront home combines laid-back coastal luxury with all the warmth and comfort of a classic island retreat. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and nestled along a peaceful canal, it’s the ideal place to unwind, entertain, and soak up the Florida sunshine. It sleeps six, with two king beds, two twin beds, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.  
  
A palm-lined driveway welcomes you to the home, setting the tone for your tropical escape. Inside, two spacious living areas offer plenty of room to relax. The formal living room features a cozy couch and chair and opens directly to the lanai, while the larger family room invites you to kick back on comfy couches in front of the television—with its own set of sliding doors that blend indoor comfort with outdoor serenity.  
  
The open kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the cookware you’ll need to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet island dinners. For more formal meals, a wooden dining table overlooks the lush front garden, bringing in the peaceful energy of the tropics with every bite.  
  
The master suite is a tranquil, ocean-themed escape with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, television, and sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai. Its en suite bathroom is a spa-like haven with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, tropical garden views, and a television, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a window that overlooks the greenery outside—perfect for kids or additional guests.  
  
Step outside into your private resort-style lanai, where the Florida sun and gentle canal breezes await. There’s a table and chairs beneath a ceiling fan for al fresco dining, multiple loungers for sunbathing, and a sparkling heated pool overlooking the water. Fire up the gas grill for family barbecues, challenge your crew to a round of hook and ring, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a pool or beach day. With a private dock, you can bring your boat or personal watercraft—or simply sit and cast a line while watching for dolphins and manatees gliding by.  
  
The home is designed in a tropically modern beach theme and thoughtfully stocked with every comfort, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans throughout, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and a full set of beach essentials—beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella—for days spent exploring the silken white sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.  
  
When it’s time for shopping or dining, you’re just a short walk from the Shops of Marco, home to salons, boutiques, a grocery store, and a variety of excellent local restaurants.
