This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. Discover a beachfront condo with breathtaking panoramic views of the beach! This unit offers two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, complete with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and stunning views of the beach, while the guest bedroom comes equipped with twin beds. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit. It's important to note that there is no dining room table; however, dining can be enjoyed in the eat-in kitchen or on the balcony with seating. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. Pets - not allowed Hello guests, you will receive an email from Marco Island Rental Properties about 2 days prior to your arrival with instructions on how to check in. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Olin R., New Philadelphia 10 déc. 2018 #### Beautiful gulf views in an amazingly clean and comfortable condo!! We loved our stay at Marco Island! The condo was clean, comfortable and the view of the Gulf was breathtakingly beautiful! If we weren’t at the beach or the pool, we were sitting on the comfortable lounge chairs on the patio! There were plenty of pots & pans, utensils and dishes to use. We loved Sea Winds condo #602 and will definitely be staying here again! ##### Olin R.
