Experience breathtaking panoramic beach views from this 3rd-floor north corner unit in the Seawinds. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a spacious walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and bunk beds perfect for kids (not adults). Relax after a sunny day with 3 TVs to choose from, and enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. The property features a large, heated pool, a jacuzzi, and brand-new tennis courts for endless fun. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. The location was great and the views were fantastic. When we arrived there was a musty smell to the condo - I assume do to low usage since Covid.
