This corner unit on the 15th floor offers an outstanding view! Enjoy a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo featuring new living and dining room furniture. Experience all the comforts of home, including picture-perfect sunsets from the balcony. Both bedrooms and bathrooms boast new tile flooring. The master and guest bedrooms are furnished with new queen sets. The living room includes a sleeper sofa suitable for children, but not for adults. Adjacent to the Apollo, there's a restaurant, and just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater with dining, and mini-golf. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival. CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. Loved the view, and the porch furniture was so comfy, we spent ALOT of time out there just taking in the beautiful water and sunsets. Being on the 15th floor on the corner, we could see for miles!! With such a beautiful beach we never used the pool, but it was always clean when we walked by, and the grounds are well maintained. Inside the condo we found everything we needed, and having the beach chairs in an outer locker was awesome and so appreciated! Everything in the kitchen was so tidy and clean, and although we really only 'made' breakfast there, if we wanted to do more cooking we could have :) The 'only' thing I would have liked was to have softer beds, but this is a personal preference.
