### STUNNING 7-bedroom house with separate guest house, pool and tennis courts.

One of the largest lots on all of Marco Island. The Main house is a 5 Bedroom / 4 full Bath & 2 half Bath, with a 2 Bed / 2 full Bath guest house. The guest house is attached by the large lanai area. The pool is an oversized pool with an 8' deep end with multiple lounge chairs for relaxing poolside. The pool does have a heater for the winter months. The tennis court and separate half basketball court are perfect for the active family.  
  
Inside the main house is a primary suite with a walk in closet and bathroom, guest bedrooms, with mostly king beds, and one room set up with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. There is also a game room with a pool table. A bedroom with a King size bed is located off of the game room. A huge 3 car garage is adjacent to the main house and a car port is attached to the guest house. The property has beach chairs/pool towels. It is a one of a kind property (2.5 acres in total, with gopher turtles & burrowing owls on the grounds). There are multiple outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the grounds. This is a spacious house with plenty of room to enjoy the privacy and beauty of Marco Island.  
  
The guest house has a living/ TV area with a separate kitchen, primary suite, and guest suite with bunkbeds for kids or adult as the bottom has a full bed. There are 10 Televisions and Wifi throughout the home. There is an outdoor grill on the lanai. This property is a tropical paradise ready for your family's enjoyment!  
  
The beautiful white sandy beaches and dining are all within 1.5 to 2 miles away depending on the destination.
