The beauty of the Gulf of Mexico is at your doorstep from sunrise to sunset we have it all available for our guests. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen. Beach view with glorious sunsets. Heated pool with three chickee huts, loungers, tables and chairs, Fitness center and social room with a kitchen. Shared laundry conveniently located on every floor. Gated entrance offers 24 hr security. South Seas Club center is home to 6 clay surfaced tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, a putting green, 2 bocce ball courts, & shuffleboard courts. There are boat docks and kayak racks, both with very reasonable rental rates.  
  
Fine dining, boating, shopping and all the amenities that Marco Island offers are within walking distance, bike ride or short drive.

Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
