Please contact our office for additional details. People drive across the State to get to Tigertail Beach. You just have to walk across the street. This 1,100 square foot, first floor condo is located in the gated South Seas community on Tigertail Beach. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms. Light hues, vintage coastal fabrics and baskets of decorative shells create a tranquil seaside feel. The sliding glass door fills the room with natural light and gives you a view of the tree-lined garden. The bright, summer kitchen, with recessed ceiling, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on the glass table beside a potted bamboo plant. The lanai table makes the ideal setting for enjoying morning coffee beside a rock garden filled with trees and other lush greenery. The master suite offers a view of the picturesque garden outside, and both bedrooms feature ample drawer and closet space. Every night you will fall into a deep sleep, filled with dreams of snorkeling through warm water, lying on sugary white sand watching dolphins play in the surf, wading in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Meanwhile, the kids are dreaming about stand-up paddle boarding, going on a parasailing cruise, renting kayaks or water trikes or signing up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles. Every one of those dreams can come true when you make the short walk to Tigertail Beach in the morning. Reviewer Comments: The furniture was not comfortable for a long term rental. Needs a couple of easy chairs and /or recliner. Bedroom drawers have no stops so drawers could easily pull right out and spill. Kitchen dishes, glasses and silverware all need to be updated. Dishwasher does not clean. Carpet was stained and dirty, were told the owner was going to replace but unit should not have been rented with out at least the carpeting being cleaned. Blinds in living room do not close properly, they need to be replaced. The updated bathroom was very nice. The shower was wonderful. The rental company we went thru was very helpful and friendly. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo the week of our travel (last minute) and were happy to find a place in Marco Island to accommodate our family. The condo is clean and as described, not on beach, but you can walk to the beach. We have stayed at the Marriott in the past and learned that we much preferred it versus this condo as it was very quiet, too quiet. No fun for the kids in the pool as you can't play or make any noise. Best suited for older/retired adults looking for peace and quiet. Also, technology is dated.
