Looking for the perfect vacation for you and your family? This island-themed, second floor 500 square foot condo offers everything from remarkable amenities to a convenient location to some of the Island’s best restaurants and beach. It sleeps four, with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and one bathroom.  
  
The unit is filled with stunning, yet playful décor that provides every room with the true feeling of vacation. The comfy and stylish sofas are perfectly positioned for family-time in the living room and movie night on the large television. The sand-hued tile floor and island-themed design create an easygoing coastal feel.  
  
The bright, modern kitchen features granite countertops and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a hearty breakfast to a fancy dinner.  
  
This welcoming unit offers comfort-enhancing amenities, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels, along with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.  
  
So put on your flip-flops and sunglasses and take the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue. The ways to enjoy yourself here are endless with picnic chickees with charcoal grills, and concerts on the green. The ways to enjoy yourself here are endless. Take a parasailing cruise. Wade in warm tide pools in search of colorful shells. Or simply lie back and listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.
