The condo is a 2 bedroom and 2 full-private bathrooms, with the master bathroom providing double vanity sinks. We have over 145 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers! Deep cleaned on an annual basis! Book with confidence! \- LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. It’s only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! Saturday-Saturday, 7-Night Minimum Rental. \-PARKING: All Sea Winds condo guests have a $50 Parking pass requirement, which can be purchased at the front desk when you register for your stay. One (1) vehicle parking spot, per condo. Parking is a first come, first serve basis. No assigned parking. \-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. The work crew will be working from swing stages, in the back of the building. This allows workers to safely reach high facades. These workers will be visibile, as they work on these balconies. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, ending at approximately 4:30pm, weekdays. The Sea Winds Balcony Project is being completed in accordance with the recommendations from the Structural Integrity Study performed in compliance with Florida law. The work crew will be working on the First and Second condo stacks. This condo is in the Second Stack. At times, the balcony could also be closed, intermittently. Dust will probably be visible at times during this process, as well. During this time the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm. Access to the beach will be open. Rental rates have been significantly reduced during this project. Plan your vacation accordingly, so you can maximize your time on excursions and at the beach. It was super clean and had everything you might need to make your stay perfect. It has been updated beautifully and the balcony overlooking the Gulf is incredible! Tracy and Mike were great hosts and responded immediately when I asked some questions. They were truly wonderful. The property was well cleaned upon arrival and stocked with plenty of linens including beach towels. There was also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon. There was also supplies to play tennis and pickleball available in the storage closet. Communication with owner was fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating. The whole family had lots of fun swimming in the pool and the beach was wonderful. The views from the condo of the ocean and sunset cannot be beat. Once you get past the view, the rest of the condo is beautiful too. We had everything we needed and they thought of a lot of really helpful extras (cooler for the beach, refillable water flasks, every kitchen appliance, plenty of things for the beach and to play tennis or pickleball.). The location is really nice because it is on a less busy end of the beach but you can still walk or bike to so many restaurants and other places. Tracy was reachable for anything we needed or had questions on. She even took the time to write out a really good list of things to do and places to eat. This unit is "Simply Outstanding" What you will find is a very updated unit the owners spared no expense on. With top-shelf appliances, all the pots and pans match and are in new condition, in addition to quite a stocked spice cabinet. The unit is incredibly equipped with everything to make your visit very enjoyable, really too many to mention, and the little notes around the unit take all the guesswork on how everything works and where it goes. Newly renovated, the homeowners have gone out of their way to make this condo beautiful. The kitchen is up to date and fully stocked, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable with superior bedding. The bathrooms have been updated to include high end tile decor, roomy showers with rain-style shower heads and attractive vanities. The dining area and cozy living room were pleasant as well. And I can't forget location, location, location. A few steps to the private pool or down to the beach only made this home more attractive. And the ocean front balcony, which is fully furnished, made enjoying the sunset over the water every evening the highlight of our day. The homeowners were so accommodating and friendly, and kept in contact with us throughout our vacation to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we did not need for anything.
