While the thought of a high rise on the beach can be alluring, the comforts and convenience of this one-of-a-kind ground floor condo directly across the street from the South Beach public access point is sure provide the stress-free beach vacation you've been dreaming of! No waiting for an elevator or trying to wrestle bulky beach into the elevator when its already packed with other beachgoers. The gate to the communal pool is literally three steps outside the front door, so you'll never have to choose whether to make it a beach day or a pool day - you can do both!
Spending your vacation at this lovely Seaview condo means you'll have access to the complex's large swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ grilling area all in a prime location on the southern end of the island.
