This spacious two-bedrooml resort suite measures approximately 1,105 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two Queens in the second bed room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Notice: All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. A few days before we were supposed to leave, the property called and said we had 2 different reservations, one for 2 nights and one for 1 night. They said there was a missing night - the third night. Imagine my surprise! This was not resolved for days. I finally found out that 2 reservations were pieced together a few days before and we would need to change rooms half way through the stay. This was not what we booked or expected. We spent hours packing our things and moving to another room. The resort tried to make us check out at 10 am and “wait” for our new room to be ready hours later. This was unacceptable to us. The booking was deceiving as we did NOT get 4 nights in the same room. The resort itself was clean and beautiful despite the deceiving listing and stress it caused us before and during the trip. ##### Amy M. In our case, the stays were with two different owners that did not communicate with each other. Despite multiple requests to avoid doing so, we had to switch rooms during our 5-day stay. On the day we had to switch, they asked us to be ready to move at 10:30am. We got the green light to move at 1:30pm, or three hours later. This was unfortunately during our 2 year old's nap, which we warned the staff about days in advance. We agreed to move our stuff, but I stayed behind with our child while he slept. Housekeeping, maintenance and even a supervisor came by at least 5 different times, many times ringing the doorbell despite my requests not to. The supervisor was less than hospitable, making us feel as though it was our fault that we had to wait 3 hours to move rooms. In summary, I would not recommend booking this option if you plan to stay more than 4 nights and you've got young children. I'm not really sure how a listing like this is allowed on VRBO since one booking can become two reservations with two different owners, and the customer isn't made aware of that detail until close to the departure date. ##### Nicholas R. Location is amazing. Place is so clean. Staff is amazing. Kids actives can’t be beat. Rooms are huge and so nice. \*\*\*\*\*\* read the fine print on this listing!! We booked a week and found out a month before we had to change rooms 3 times in one week! We made the best of It but there is nothing Marriott can do anout it. I booked the dates and paid in Dec. for April trip. 48hrs before arrival they told me they didn’t have a room for me on our 4th night. And that they would try to find something or give me a refund.Seemed like a bait and switch. I ended up calling the property directly to secure the 4th night and had RRP refund me the last night. I would not recco renting through RRP again.
