Privately owned, extremely clean two-bedroom two bathroom beachfront condo with updates throughout. The condo includes a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and everything you need to make your day at the beach seamless. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with the comforts of home as well (coffee pot and Keurig). Walk across the street to Doreen's Cup of Joe, Sammy's Pizza, La Mesa Taqueria, Thai Sushi, Nav's Popcorn and Donuts and many more options are available on the island. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming pool with tiki huts, and fishing on three and a half miles of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex and restaurants within walking distance.
