For airport access, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Public transportation options on Marco Island itself are limited, so a car is recommended for getting around. However, taxi and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The property's central location allows for easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches, all within a short drive. Consider using a car to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida coastline.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our family home. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for our next guests. For parking, we offer free parking on the premises, including a garage. No parking available for trailers on property. Please make arrangements to store your trailer at a local storage yard or Marina in advance. We do not guarantee trailer storage. Maximum boat size is 35 foot. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We want to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, and any violation of these rules may result in a fee. We have beach essentials available for your convenience, but please remember to bring your own sunscreen and personal items. Should you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out via the platform messaging system.
