It was just completed in November 2022. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small appliances, to the TVā€™s, bed and artwork. Come & enjoy your vacation to the fullest!! A nice, short walk to the ocean water!! And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away. \-THE LIVING ROOM: a Large 65ā€ Flatscreen Smart TV able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). The patio slider has an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down. \-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. We have laundry soap for you. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. \-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not ā€œcrampedā€. The condo is only 505 square feet, so itā€™s just a cute ā€œlittleā€ condo. \-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay, provided the parking pass has been returned to them. \-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi. \-2 Tennis courts & a Gym on site \-FREE internet & cable \-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd. \-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL ā€œDEEP CLEANINGā€ ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS \-TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during ā€œTurtle Seasonā€ requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay. The Apollo is only 1 of 5 beachfront properties where "Weekly" Rentals are permitted, while also providing the CLOSEST WALK TO THE OCEAN. It is the only weekly rental building that offers a beachfront restaurant on site. Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. I would advise to dine in Naples for lunch/dinner. I wished the condo had a full size refrigerator and a regular size oven since we were there for the entire week. For such a nice facility it could use an upgrade on keyless entry for lobby door, elevator and room key. The parking was tight for anything larger than a standard car, we had an SUV. The condo was beautifully decorated and appointed with a beachy spa feel. It was spotless and well supplied with everything and more than you could need. Staff was friendly, and property was secure. I was visiting as hurricane Helene came through and there were no issues. I was safe, with power and cable the whole time. Thankfully, I was there for 10 days so I got front row seats to the Marco sunsets, shelling, and the whole Marco experience. I visit Marco Island yearly, and going forward, Unit 904 is my home away from home. This visit surpassed any other VRBO experience anywhere, and I happily recommend it to anyone. The furnishings were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Even the sheets on the bed were amazingly soft! Our host Tracy, did an excellent job furnishing the condo with everything one would need for the perfect stay, by supplying beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even a cooler. Speaking of our host Tracy, she was very generous and informative. She contacted us as soon as we checked in to the condo just to make sure everything met our expectations. It was our first time to Marco Island, so she even provided Island tips and info on great places to dine, shell, and local tours. She was very proactive in making sure her guests had a wonderful time on the island. My wife and I had a great VRBO experience with this property and host. We could not be more satisfied and will stay with this host again! Book this property immediately if you are considering, because you WILL be pleasantly surprised by the condo, the location, the view and beach access, and the host! We enjoyed our Beachfront Apollo Condo 9th Floor stay. Great views from the balcony to see the dolphin show followed by the sunset. Very clean and quiet. Property Management's extremely helpful at checkin. And a nice little surprise to find a beach set in the storage closet consisting of beach bag, cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and cart to pull everything down and back and through the beach sand.
