Le point fort est vraiment sa piscine et son spa avec vue imprenable. Malheureusement toute notre semaine a été gâchée par des travaux très très bruyants juste en face de la maison (de 7h30 à 17h30)! Quand vous payez une telle somme pour avoir du calme, c'est quelque chose de difficile à accepter. Concernant Marco Island, c'est une sympathique ville mais peu pratique pour aller à la plage (peu d'accès) et pour les parkings (peu de places). ##### David F. So I didn’t really know what to expect. I did like this house. It was really cool. It was a little bit outdated though. For the price I thought it could’ve been more updated. Like the speaker system throughout the house you can’t use your Bluetooth to play any of your music outside. The grill was really old and kind of rusty. The lights in the pool didn’t work or the hot tub. If those of you, they get hot at night. You can only set the air to 72 which is probably normal for Florida. I do not know. I never asked. There were some stains in the master bedroom carpet, which I took pictures of so we would not get charged for it. I don’t know if I would go back. We had a great stay. This house was clean and well-appointed and was located on a quiet cul-de-sac with very easy access to the beach and Mackle Park. We biked to both daily. We had access to the garage to park our car and to store bikes. Karen, the property manager was communicative and available prior to and during our stay (as was the owner, Sean). Plenty of beach towels available, which is always a plus. The pool and spa lights unfortunately were not working during our stay, but it sounds like those have been scheduled to be replaced. I’ll start off by saying how clean the house is. It was spotless when we arrived. The pictures accurately portray the property. The view is spectacular and the pool and hot tub were also wonderful. I wanted to add that the pool doesn’t have a deep end. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back.
