Spacious yet cozy 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, one-of-a-kind Key West style house brimming with old Florida charm, landscaped with native and Florida friendly plant species. This house is the perfect backdrop for your tropical island getaway. Sit back and relax by the huge southern exposure heated screened-in pool at this seaside cottage fully stocked for your vacation in paradise. Much more than a hotel room or a bare bones rental, every room has been specially curated with guests in mind. Full size soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, ice maker, coolers, kitchen wares, (even waffle irons!) and decorated in casual coastal style with touches of whimsy, original art, Wi-Fi, games, books, magazines and puzzles. Three unique bedrooms each with cable and smart TVs with streaming apps, private bathrooms and bidets on every toilet. Its is short walk to the beach. The property a has large covered pool and the house is well equipped with everything, including every cooking gadget, multiple bicycles, to lots of beach carry-ons. Very well located, close to the beach and the main routes. No need to go out for anything. House has everything to do. Great pool. The house is very charming, centrally located and is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need during your stay, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, etc. Becky, the manager, was amazing, very accommodating and kept on checking on us during our stay. She also gave us great tips about things to do in Marco Island and nice restaurants to visit. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, walking, and this entrance of the beach is more secluded, so the beach does not feel crowded at any time. Becky had chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and transport carts which made getting the beach a breeze. BBQ and tools easily on site for family night in. Pool was comfortably nice to relax. The large, heated pool was fantastic. The supplies—and leftover food items—were more than adequate. Provided bikes and swim accessories was another plus. We have a bigger family so vrbos work better for family time then a hotel room. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our daily walks and runs. The house was clean and our host was very accommodating and attentive. The pool and porch were great for days that we didn’t want to stay at the beach all day and outdoor grill worked well. We were a 5 minute walk from the beachand if you've ever been to Marco Island you would appreciate it because they really don't have parking around the beach area. This was the best part. Home was stocked with everything you needed to enjoy the beach and family time. Plenty of games to enjoy with the family at night. The pooll area was great and the back patio area was nice. Kitchen has everything. i am picky about washing and keeping things clean and they have a great washer and dryer. Host is very accommodating! Definitely will return.
