Come and relax on this slice of heaven on Marco Island! This is our home away from home, and we hope you make it yours too. The home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,100 square feet of bright indoor living space! Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to white-sand beaches, shopping, movie theater, mini-golf, restaurants, and much more! The large, screened lanai offers a private heated pool with direct views of the waterways, enjoying sun for most of the day. This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite which is a perfect escape after a day of water activities or sight-seeing. A set of bunk beds and a memory foam queen bed in the second bedroom offer a haven for either kids and teenagers, or nice a private space for a family of 4, where they can sleep closely, but comfortably. The third bedroom has yet another memory foam king-size bed to ensure all guests can relax in their own space after a fun filled day of outdoor activities. The kitchen, dining room, living and family room all have spectacular water views. The house features a beautiful, bright kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a four-burner electric cook top; perfect for cooking for the whole house. Sit down in the family room to relax and watch some TV; You will have access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+! Step outside to the large lanai and enjoy the breathtaking open water views. Whether you choose to do some grilling, jump in the pool, or just sit and relax on the chaise loungers, you will feel all your worries slipping away. The home also has a deck, which routinely offers sights of passing boats, manatees, dolphins, manta rays and various types of fish. We encourage fishing from the deck or bring your boat and take advantage of the world-class fishing available in the nearby waters of the Gulf! With almost direct access out to the Gulf, boaters will be out in the open ocean in no time! If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to message me. Marco Island has everything you could want for a wonderful vacation: white sandy beaches, water and land sports, shopping, dining, music, movies and much more. This is paradise on the largest island of the Ten Thousand Island chain! South Marco beach is a 10 minute straight walk away, as well as multiple dining and entertainment options in Marco Walk Plaza! \-Pet fee: $150\. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds and there will be a $100 charge if fur is found on any of the beds. \- Dogs are not allowed in the pool. There will be a $200 charge if pet fur is found in the pool/filter. NOTES: 1\. We have a weekly pool service/maintenance and biweekly lawn care service. Please be advised that these contractors will be on the exterior of the property to ensure that the required maintenance and upkeep is up to standards. 2\. We offer starter supplies for our guests (coffee k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, a few garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, toiletries, etc.) and the guest will need to purchase any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay. 3\. We have a security camera on the exterior only (over the garage facing the driveway) as well as a security/ring camera doorbell. We do not monitor these cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to our occupancy rules. Absolutely no cameras are anywhere inside the house. My only complaint would be the dog hair that seemed to be everywhere - especially in the pool area. Our towels were always full of it. None of us have pets so we really didn't appreciate all the hair. The pool and pool area also needed cleaning. Dead palm fronds needed to be hauled away the first day and we tried skimming the pool as best we could - need new skimmer. The report said pool was to be cleaned on Mondays, and this was a holiday, but it was never cleaned while we were there. There were plenty of towels the bed was very comfortable and the TV in the living room was great. Tons of beach stuff in the garage too. We enjoyed every minute of this trip. Thank you for having us. We had the most wonderful time on Marco Island in this beautiful and well equipped home within walking distance to many things, including the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The things that stand out are the two king sized beds with great mattresses, fishing gear, bicycles, the pool and plenty of pool toys and THE DOCK that we spent many hours on with plenty of room for a boat. Great fishing from there and our last morning a dolphin came by and wished us a safe trip home! The kitchen had everything you would need to whip up a fabulous meal and there’s a nice grill in the pool enclosure though we chose to partake in all the awesome restaurants on the island this trip. Gina was a text away and very helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely no problems at all with the home or communication! Super clean! All six of us agreed that this was the best spring break vacation we’ve taken since the boys started school…they’re 15 and 17 now! The grill needed repair. She responded immediately . A new grill was delivered ASAP. We had family and friends of all ages. It's walkable to the beach. The little kids lived in the pool. Really enjoyed relaxing there. Close walk to beach with wagon for carrying items. Nice beach towels. Beach chairs available too- a little old but useable. Beds comfortable. This house was amazing. It had plenty of space to hang out. A beautiful pool and or favorite going down to the dock and sitting watching the jelly fish and dolphins go by. The sitting are by the pool was very comfortable too. It is a quick walk to the beach , shops and stores . ##### cindy a. The house was clean and cutely decorated. Stocked with everything we needed plus a few unexpected treats like pool floats and champagne. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature. We loved the location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, shops, and my daughters’ favorite, mini golf and ice cream parlor. Gina was very communicative whenever we had any question arise, although there weren’t many as everything we needed to Know was outlined in her welcome booklet. We really appreciated the beach gear and pool toys as well as the use of their Netflix and Disney plus guest accounts. The house is very spacious with plenty of space for living and sleeping. The outside lanai and pool deck is huge and provided a lot of nice shade in the afternoon. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can return! ##### Becky E. It has everything that we needed for the week to enjoy the beach and fun in the sun. Chairs, cooler, wagon you name it, they had it. Minutes to the beach and restaurants.
