This one bedroom, one bath privately owned condominium is located at The Apollo, one of Marco Island's most popular vacation destinations. This updated unit has everything provided to make sure your stay is worry free! Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom(new mattress January 2025), and a leather sofa sleeper in the living room. Granite counters in both the kitchen and bathroom. There are two flat screen televisions, one in the living and one in the bedroom. A balcony, located off of the living room, overlooks the beach and right out to the sparkling Gulf waters. The Apollo has a large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and exercise room. There is covered parking. The Sunset Grille serves up delicious lunch and dinner fare. Watch your favorite sports teams at the beachfront bar. There are shops, restaurants and a movie theatre all within walking distance. Island activities nearby include jet ski tours, parasailing and charter fishing. Supply of beach items were plentiful and in good condition and was very much appreciated!!The Apollo employees were very friendly as well. Sunset grill downstairs was a huge plus. Food and drinks were awesome. .Only negative is 24 hrs before checkout I received a text that we needed to wash all towels or a laundry charge would be applied. We had no idea we were required to do that and did not have the time in our schedule and we had a very early flight so we could not accommodate that request unfortunately. The Apollo is perfect for what we need on vacation! 90% of our time is spent outside but the condo is cozy and comfortable! This unit has a sleeper sofa. But the two twin blow up mattresses were exactly what our guests needed! Super comfy! Lots of towels and linens. The automatic/remote fans and blinds were awesome! Very well stocked! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your place! The condo was very nice and clean. I was impressed with the kitchenware as I cooked most meals. Also, the provided beach equipment was super nice and had everything you could need!! The fitness center (although small and limited equipment) was super convenient to get a workout in without being in the sun/heat. The pool and hot tub were very nice. I was worried about this location being right next to the public beach access but even on the busiest days you could walk a bit to the right and still find plenty of space. The condo is super secure. You are provided a magnetic key to gain access to the building, elevators, and pool. The first level is the sunset grille which was super convenient to not have to drive somewhere (especially after having a few beach drinks) but it is overpriced and food is mediocre. The only downfall was the check in process … you have to pick up the keys at the harbor view office and then still go through a check in process at the condo, which wasn’t terrible but it was a pain to do two checkouts at 3am due to an early flight.
