Don’t under estimate being walking distance to the beach! There are only 2 public parking lots and very often they’re full leaving you zero parking options. Plus there’s still a walk from the lot and a fee. Drive and park for a fee or walk for free!!  
  
New additions as of Feb 8 2023 - 6 BRAND NEW bikes 🚲 New coffee maker ☕️ that also accepts Kcups. Brand new Stove/Oven. Brand new highchair and Ms. Pac-Man arcade game! Also new as of Dec 7 2022 all beds got brand new mega comfy mattresses!   
  
Our 919 S Flamingo Circle home is just 1/3 mile from the public beach access near the JW Marriott Hotel. It's an easy 7 minute walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide 2 beach wagons, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels, beach toys, noodles, beach umbrellas and more. Everything you'll need.   
  
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2,000 sq foot house is one of the most walkable homes on all of Marco Island. Located in the middle of the strip. Easy walk to not only the beach but the main hub of restaurants, bars and shops.   
  
The home has a heated pool kept at very warm 88 degrees (that’s a very warm pool but still refreshing), a pool table, 60 inch TV, and has recently undergone a thorough remodeling/refresh. We even added a fun Flamingo selfie Instagram wall.   
  
High speed internet provided. Very well equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom has a 55 inch TV. Kid friendly with a highchair & 2 pack n plays. The front entryway is equipped with 1 security camera.

Location was great and pretty centrally located! Close beach access with a wagon to haul beach chairs, etc. Nice bikes and great area to ride around! The house is clean and has a nice, spacious design. The host was responsive when we had a quick question. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach chairs, wagon, towels made trips to beach easier. The wagon handle and umbrella were broken and taped together so that wasn’t great but we made it work. The pool is nice but showing its age a little. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. Our teenager loved the pool table. The arcade machine wasn’t working during our stay which we weren’t informed of until minutes before we arrived. This was disappointing since it was a factor in choosing this property. Overall this home suited our needs.

This was the most perfect place to stay possible. The door chimes were super helpful, as I have little ones that like to swim (they weren’t advertised in the description or photos, but they’re an amazing safety feature. Every time a door leading to the pool is opened, a chime goes off to alert you). The house was stocked with anything you would ever need from the bedrooms to the kitchen to even the garage. The master bedroom was hotter than most of the rooms, so if you like colder rooms make sure to bring a fan, but other than that the bedrooms were perfect including several drawers, big closets, comfortable beds, and they were decorated very nicely. The house was a lot bigger than it looked in the pictures which was a very nice surprise.

#### Walking distance to the beach!

My two adult daughters and I stayed at this house in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach. They are well stocked with bicycles, wagons and umbrellas. Naples is close enough to the zoo and the manatee nature tour we took. We’d go out for an adventure and come back to splash around in the pool. There are floats for the pool which we took advantage of. We never contacted the owners. However there were instructions on the fridge and blackboard in the pool table room with owners phone number. Everything went well. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. Yes! We’d come back!

#### Family Spring Break

Property was as advertised, clean with many amenities for families. We enjoyed the heated pool and game room. Close access to beach. Older property but comfortable. Some items were absent (number of wash clothes and dish clothes) but were rectified by owner (very responsive). Overall good property for families.

#### Spring Break Trip

Family loved our stay at property. Location / access to beach was perfect. With little kids we loved having heated pool on property as option. House was more than enough for our family. Loved that we had bikes and beach chairs/toys for us to use rather than having to bring our own. The slider doors had chimes which we appreciated with the master bedroom and additional rooms being opposite ends of house. Double check the sliders if you’ve got little kids. It took a couple times to get pins correctly inserted and sliders all locked up. Once we got it, it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to beach, mostly clean, it’s just an old house. Could hear neighbors late into the night most nights, pool area looking its age, and some wildlife run ins. Otherwise it was fine.

#### Spring Break 25 

Family spring break trips with our busy kids to the beach are so memorable. We are from Nebraska so the beach in Florida is our happy place, we got in late because flight delays due to blizzard and property manager was very responsive. This property has it all for active kids! Pools toys, bikes, arcade game, and every beach toy possible. Another feature which was a game changer for us was the door alarms, we have a 5 year old and a sleep walker, so these alarms gave us peace of mind with the pool. Our oldest is 12 and had to get a BLUE body board, we left at property for all to enjoy because shipping home wasn’t an option. Oh ya if you enjoy some of Floridas wildlife, you will see owls and lizards! 5 star vacation, thanks for allowing us to stay!!!

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and bike rides on the island the most. The beach chairs and cooler was also great. I would absolutely stay here again.

House was perfect for our family of grown adults and one infant. Easy beach access and nice heated pool. Plenty of beach accessories and well stocked kitchen. Would stay there again!

The house was just what we were looking for to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. It's an easy walk from the house to the beach and convenient to our favorite restaurants. Lazing at the pool on the hot afternoons was perfect.
