Wake up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sun rising over the Gulf in this charming 800 square foot beachfront condo on the 5th floor of Sunset House North. It sleeps four, with one queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom.  
  
Step onto the private balcony and take in sweeping views of white sand and turquoise water, with palm trees swaying gently in the sea breeze. Start your day with a peaceful walk along the shoreline, collecting colorful shells as the waves roll in. If you look closely, you might even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing just beyond the surf.  
  
Inside, the space is bright, open, and welcoming. Coastal décor, wood-style flooring, and soft, neutral tones create a calming seaside atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa and recliners, perfect for reading or watching a movie on the flat-screen television. A wall of windows fills the space with natural light and brings the beauty of the outdoors in.  
  
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need for meals at home. Blend a couple of tropical drinks and head downstairs, where you can toast to another perfect day while the sky turns vivid shades of orange and pink during Marco Island’s iconic sunset.  
  
The bedroom is your private retreat, featuring a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is clean and stylish, with soothing finishes and all the essentials for your stay.  
  
You’ll also enjoy comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials—including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella—are provided so you’re ready for every adventure. You can also find on-site communal washers and dryers.  
  
Step outside and enjoy everything Sunset House North has to offer. The heated pool is surrounded by lush lawns and tall palms, with sun loungers and gas grills for poolside meals. Guests can also take part in daily activities in the social room, making it easy to feel at home.
