That’s what you get with this 1,100 square foot, 14th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms. It’s a wing unit on the side of the building, with one balcony facing the ocean and a second balcony overlooking Marco Island. Enjoy your morning coffee with a backdrop of sun rising over blue canals lined with palm trees. Then have your second cup of coffee with a backdrop of turquoise ocean and lagoons encircled by mangroves. Pretty soon, you’ll be snorkeling in that warm water, or walking along the silken sands in search of colorful shells, or maybe exploring on paddleboards or water trikes. At the end of the day, when the ocean blue sky turns to a golden orange and your coffee cups turn to wine glasses, you’ll understand why people come from all over the Island to view the spectacular sunsets of Tigertail Beach. The beach isn’t the only enticing sight from your balcony. The South Seas is an emerald green oasis, with a heated pool in the center. However, there were a lot of rules that we had to follow while here. We also had to rent a baby crib because they didn't offer anything. But it was difficult because you cannot have anything delivered to this tower due to security. We had to deliver it to the rental office and pick it up within their office hours, or pay a $50 fee from the rental company to deliver it. It is a long walk to the ocean - the wagon offered does not work well. You have to pay for parking pass and laundry. The condo was somewhat hard to navigate as far as finding the room, as it is an exterior door. Finding where to pay for laundry services & parking pass, and the storage lockers was hard. The condo pool was very clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice place with pretty views, just felt like a lot of work to find what we needed and to get where we wanted to go. ##### Kaycee B. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and surrounding area. The sunset and sunrise views are wonderful. Decor was lovely. Laundry on each floor convenient. We rented a wagon for the long but beautiful walk to the water across the sand. It's far but given the views from the condo, we didn't mind at all. I might suggest a list of items guests need to bring including beach towels, toilet papar (1 role in each bathroom), paper towels etc. I believe the agreement said there would be pantry items but there were not. The kitchen was amply stocked however with appliances, utensils etfc. Overall a spectacular location and stay. We'll be back! ##### Mity F.
