Please contact our office for additional details. For a view of the bay and a short walk to the beach, check out this two-bedroom waterfront condo in the exclusive gated community of the South Seas. It sleeps four, with one queen bed, two twins and two bathrooms. Fragrant tropical breezes cool you as you relax at the breakfast table on your balcony looking out at clusters of palm trees and the sun-sparkled water of Clam Bay. You can see the path circling the bay and another path that winds through manicured gardens filled with colorful hibiscus flowers leading to the spacious heated pool lined with sun loungers. Natural light through the sliding glass doors brightens the tastefully decorated interior, creating a feeling of waterside living at its finest. Colorful seascapes and trays of shells enhance the island-style tranquility. The kitchen features stools along the counter and all the modern appliances and cookware you need. One of those appliances is a blender, which will come in handy when sunset rolls around and you need a tropical blended drink to sip on the balcony as you watch the sky above the bay turn brilliant orange. The cozy master bedroom opens up to the balcony, and both bedrooms offer ample closet and drawer space. You’ve got everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The unit also comes with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Here at the South Seas, life is good. Take a refreshing dip in the pool then fire up one of the gas grills in the tiki hut and enjoy a barbequed lunch in the shaded picnic area. If you’re a tennis player, you’ll love the newly re-surfaced courts overlooking Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time. The weather was great and our condo experience was good. The condo was as described, clean and well maintained but was a little shy on some kitchen items like wine glasses. Also, would have liked a beach umbrella. Would have preferred a pod type coffee maker instead of the drip unit provided. We had great response from the property manager when needed. The condo was in walking distance of some great restaurants. It was a hike to the beach but manageable. Reviewer Comments: This was our first experience to SSE rental as we usually rented in the Towers.Definitely prefer the park like area with the pools and waterway view.Less congestion and do like the available washer/dryer in the unit and not having to share as in the Towers.
