This adorable vacation rental offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The cozy living room features an additional sofa bed, providing even more comfort. This property also has a private screened-in pool. This residence is located on an oversized tip lot on a quiet cul-de-sac with 160 feet of spectacular waterfront and beautiful converging wide water views. Quick indirect access to the Marco River and Gulf of Mexico. Southwest exposure to enjoy breathtaking sunsets all year round. Expansive dock with two lifts to accommodate a larger boat for a great day of boating and fishing. Bring your boat or contact us to arrange a rental boat to be delivered for your stay. This home features high vaulted ceilings for an open concept with charming coastal décor, separate living and dining areas. The kitchen features counter seating for four and dining for 6 guests. The property is exactly as shown, no surprises. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was so much seating and space, my family of 8, plus a dog, were very comfortable.
