It's a quick walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent beach. We provide beach cart , beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for the beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a bright white kitchen, vaulted ceilings, tile floors throughout the house, and open concept living room and dinning room. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath, and access to the to the lanai. The guest bedrooms share a bath and have a queen bed and twin beds. Three sliding glass doors lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated salt water pool and spa, lounge chairs, and gas grill. The pool was well maintained, and the home was nicely appointed inside and out. The 5-minute walk to the beach was quick and easy, and there were plenty of beach chairs (and more) and a cart to get them there. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect place for the family. The most difficult part of the stay was deciding whether to go to the beach or stay in the pool. Linens and towels were adequate, and while a few more wash cloths would have been better, we really appreciated the plethora of beach towels. The host was quick to respond to my pre-arrival questions, and we found no need to contact the host during our stay, Everyone in our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. We have rented houses in a variability of places over many years. This was by far the best house we have rented. Five minutes from the door to the sand. Plenty of water toys for the pool and beach gear. Each time we returned from the beach we washed everything so it was ready to go the next time. It was very quiet especially early in the morning. Because of most rental rules and probably costs, there is not a huge crowd of unruly student spring breakers. The beach is so huge that it never seemed crowded.
