Each room offers high volume ceilings bringing openness to enjoy bright natural light. The kitchen has all custom cabinets, quartz counters & backsplash, stainless steel appliances & beautiful center island w/ seating. Relax by the exquisite pool, hot-tub or the tranquil lanai which can be accessed from the family room, master suite, or 1st guest bedroom. The master bedroom is oversized w/ plenty of room to sit back and relax. The en-suite bath has stunning granite in the shower, beautiful soaking tub, custom cabinetry & dual sinks. The guest room with bunk beds are 2 full beds which make it a great home for a family. The outdoor pool area is perfect for entertaining the family or just a day relaxing in the sunshine. Please note that there is no lift or dock. From this waterfront home, you are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beach boutiques. Pool is heated to minimum 82° all year round. Please not the following: 1\. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking. Residential Rules We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
