It also comes with a two-car garage. As soon as you step through the front door, you’re greeted to the breath-taking view of the spacious lanai that awaits you. Out there, splash around in the heated pool or bask in the sun on the loungers both in and out of the pool. Getting hungry? Well, with the outdoor gas grill and kitchen, a poolside barbeque for the entire family is the perfect meal. As the sun sets, the lanai provides you with the perfect place to relax as it faces west towards the brilliant orange sky. Once you make your way back inside, you’ll realize why the interior theme is known as tropical modernity, as it’s decorated by both the paradise that surrounds it and contemporary styles. Boat deck-inspired tile floors, pure white walls, cozy furnishings, and seaside décor are brightened by the natural light coming through the many windows. Sit back on the couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television in the living room. To top it all off, the living area opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time. The spacious contemporary kitchen, with barstools around the granite island countertop, comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve and enjoy a family dinner on the glass dining room table or a tropical treat on the lanai. As you prepare to drift away, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space and all the colors and comforts of paradise. The master bedroom, in particular, features access to the lanai and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and Roman bathtub. The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It also comes with everything for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and beach cart for your short walk to the warm sands, turquoise waters, and endless watersports of the Paradise Coast. We stayed here for my daughter’s 22nd birthday vacation. We had a very low key relaxing stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed.
