Property Summary  
Ariana (LBN392) is a single-family house located 1 km from the center of Rakalj, Croatia. It offers a private property spanning 2'000 m2, featuring a lawn, trees, and a round above-ground swimming pool (4.8 m diameter, 1.25 m depth, available seasonally from May 10 to October 3). The vacation rental provides amenities such as Internet WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for two cars on the premises.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces with garden furniture, a barbecue swing, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. The property's lush surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere for your holiday rental.

Additionally, there are two bedrooms: one room with a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house includes a bath, a bidet, and a toilet. Outdoor amenities consist of a terrace with furniture and deck chairs. Additional facilities available are an iron and complimentary WiFi internet access. The house is a non-smoking property.
