There are many characteristics that make the villa unique, and that's certainly a park that surrounds it, with an area of ​​23,468 m2 and arranged according to feng shui principles. Along with the flower gardens, olive trees, and Mediterranean greenery, there are many private walking trails just for you. Villa is located close to many starting points for walking, cycling, horseback riding, or swimming on quiet, unurbanized beaches. Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and barbecue facilities, Villa ARKAIM provides accommodation for up to 10 people, with5 bedrooms, free WiFi, and pool view. One bedroom with a separate bathroom is adapted for people with disabilities. Due to the concept of decoration, easy movement is provided through the ground floor and terrace as well as access to the pool and garden. One hydraulic bed is also provided. In addition to vacation, it is a perfect place for rent for business purposes (workshops, seminars), group gatherings, weddings, or photo and video shooting. Eine atemberaubende Villa, mir einer erholsamen Umgebung und einem wundervollen Garten den man am besten von der Terrasse aus sehen kann. Im Inneren des Hauses, sowie auch ausserhalb hat man sehr viel Platz. Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser gefuellt und man wuerde sagen, als ob man ein Stueck Meer ganz fuer sich alleine hat.
