The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. **Location** Mali Vareški. The holiday house is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed property with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Stone house. The house is located in a small Istrian village. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
