Feel at home in my cozy "Birdhouse" in beautiful Marburg. It consists of 2 apartments, each with a large sun terrace - spend your well-deserved time out here on our comfortable lounge furniture or at a barbecue with friends and family! Stylish furniture and great attention to detail make this house something very special. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially for families.

LIVING ROOM

The apartments are stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartments are the cozy living rooms with adjoining dining area. Comfortable sofa beds offer enough space for large groups. You will also find smart TVs with sound systems and plenty of streaming options, as well as two PS4s. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game - and with the foosball table, no one will get bored! Real plants and a lot of attention to detail make the apartments a lot more homely than other accommodations.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped large kitchens you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother, Sodastream and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.

BEDROOMS

In two master bedrooms you will find a 180cm king-size bed each, next to two further bedrooms with 2 160cm queen-size double beds each, as well as open wardrobes with enough storage space for your things. A fixed and a mobile baby bed with mattress and cover are available if required. You will also find a fully equipped workstation with a monitor, webcam, mouse/keyboard, USB-C hub, etc. - as well as a small fitness corner for some yoga or lifting weights in the morning.

BATHROOM

The spacious bathrooms have a bright and modern design with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a large corner bathtub, as well as a window for plenty of daylight and fresh air. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. And there is even a changing table!

FAMILY

My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there are high chairs, baby beds, a changing table and a few board games. The sockets have child safety locks and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kits.

OUTDOOR AREA

Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement compartment. Each apartment has a terrace where you can relax with a cold drink after a busy day in Marburg's upper town or the surrounding area. Lounge furniture and seating areas offer enough space for large groups. Gas grills with accessories are also available.

OTHER

In the basement you will find a washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use if necessary. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house, as well as a charging station for electric cars.

ACCESS

You have the whole house to yourself. A self-check-in gives you the option of checking in flexibly without having to agree on an exact arrival time for the key handover.

The house entrance door and parking lot are under video surveillance.

The house is located in the Marburg Wehrda district, which is still very rural and offers a mixture of historical charm and modern comfort. Surrounded by lush greenery and a quiet atmosphere, rustic half-timbered houses ensure excellent comfort, while nearby shops and the proximity to the upper town offer ideal connections to the center. It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the Elisabeth Church and from there you can walk through the picturesque upper town up to the famous Landgrafenschloss. The Wehrda shopping center is less than 5 minutes away.

Biontech and the Behringwerke can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are various opportunities for hiking or mountain biking in the surrounding forests. The Lahn is also not far away and invites you to go on a canoe tour. The neighborhood's proximity to nature trails and parks offers outdoor enthusiasts numerous opportunities to explore and relax.

Bus lines 1 and 4 leave very close to the house. There are also Nextbike bikes to rent opposite the stop. By car, you can reach the Oberstadt parking garage in 10 minutes.
